Villa in Chiclana de la Frontera, Costa de la Luz

This environmentally friendly villa is set in an idyllic and peaceful area near to the town of Chiclana de la Frontera. Located only a short distance by car to all the local bars, restaurants and beaches, the villa is perfectly placed for using as a base to see the sights or as a rural get away. Walkers and Birdwatchers/nature lovers would particularly like the location as it is close to a lovely Pine Forest.
Chiclana de la Frontera is the nearest town and is your typical Spanish working town. From the villa you are 5 minutes drive to the main motorway up and down the coast so there is very quick access to places like Cadiz or Vejer de la Frontera as well as places a little further afield like Seville.
Most beaches along this stretch of coastline are just breathtaking. The golden sandy beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. The main beach of La Barossa is only 10 minutes drive from the villa and has places to eat at lunchtime to get out of the midday sun. It is ideally suited to families. Other beaches in the area are Novo Sancti Petri (15 mins), Roche (15-20 mins), Conil (20 mins).
You can also make a trip to Morocco via the port town of Tarifa at the southern part of Cadiz Province. The crossing takes 90 minutes and arrives into the port of Tangiers. Here you can haggle for your bargains.
At the villa there is a patio to the side of the house with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a freestanding barbecue. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn. The front porch area has a build in seating area with lots of cushions so is perfect as a snug area or to sit and have breakfast whilst the sun comes up....
This is very much a retreat to get away from the stresses of life but with everything a short car journey away...
